Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leadership and Management Partner to join our team at Great Ormond Street Hospital. As a key member of our Organisational Development (OD) team, you will play a critical role in shaping our organisational culture and supporting the development of our leaders.

Your primary responsibility will be to support the delivery of our Trust strategy, vision, and values by developing and implementing effective leadership and management programmes. You will work closely with our Apprenticeship Team to integrate our leadership-accredited programmes and lead on workstreams aligned to our new Leadership and Management Operational Delivery Groups.

As a Business Partner and OD Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting learning needs analysis, developing written reports to stakeholders, and leading a programme of work. You will also have the opportunity to work with teams across the Trust and the wider Integrated Care System to support a programme of continuous organisational performance improvement.

Main Duties of the Job

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business partnering methodology and consultancy practice, with experience of supporting leaders using these approaches. You will also have end-to-end learning and development experience, including diversity and inclusion activities, and be able to lead on programmes and manage people.

Key skills and abilities required for this role include partnering and consultancy skills, coaching and mentoring, expert behavioural facilitation skills, effective communication and influencing at all levels, and project management skills.
