About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leadership and Management Partner to join our team at Great Ormond Street Hospital. As a key member of our Organisational Development team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of our leadership and management strategy.

As a Leadership and Management Partner, you will be responsible for working closely with our leaders and teams to identify and address key organisational challenges. You will use your expertise in consultancy practice and business partnering methodology to develop and implement effective solutions that drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting leaders to develop their skills and capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and training
  • Designing and delivering learning and development programmes that meet the needs of our leaders and teams
  • Conducting learning needs analysis and developing reports to stakeholders
  • Leading on workstreams aligned to our new Leadership and Management Operational Delivery Groups
  • Working closely with our Apprenticeship Team to integrate our leadership-accredited programmes

We are looking for someone with a strong track record of experience in leadership development, organisational change, and business partnering. You will have excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organisation.
