About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leadership and Management Partner to join our team at Great Ormond Street Hospital. As a key member of our Organisational Development team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of our leadership and management strategy.

As a Leadership and Management Partner, you will work closely with our leadership team to identify and address key organisational challenges, and develop and implement effective solutions to drive business improvement. You will also be responsible for leading on workstreams aligned to our new Leadership and Management Operational Delivery Groups, ensuring that our leaders are aware of the values and competencies we would like them to role model.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting leaders using consultancy practice and an understanding of business partnering methodology
  • End to end learning and development experience, including Diversity and Inclusion activities
  • Conducted learning needs analysis and have experience of developing written reports to stakeholders, and all levels of leadership
  • People management experience and leading a programme of work
  • Knowledge of NHS leadership challenges
