Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leadership and Management Partner to join our team at Great Ormond Street Hospital. As a key member of our Organisational Development team, you will play a critical role in shaping our leadership and management strategy, driving organisational performance improvement, and fostering a culture of excellence.

With a strong background in consultancy practice and business partnering methodology, you will work closely with our leaders and stakeholders to diagnose, design, develop, and deliver learning and development programs that meet the needs of our organisation. Your expertise in people management, project management, and coaching and mentoring will enable you to lead on programs and manage people effectively.

As a dynamic and experienced professional, you will be passionate about delivering people change and creating partnerships to support the development of our leaders. You will be committed to continuing professional development and have a strong understanding of NHS leadership challenges.

Main Duties of the Job
  • Develop and implement leadership and management programs that align with our organisational strategy and vision.
  • Support leaders using consultancy practice and an understanding of business partnering methodology.
  • Conduct learning needs analysis and develop written reports to stakeholders.
  • Lead on workstreams aligned to our new Leadership and Management Operational Delivery Groups.
  • Work closely with our Apprenticeship Team to integrate our leadership-accredited programs.
