We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leadership and Management Partner to join our team at Great Ormond Street Hospital. As a key member of our Organisational Development team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of our leadership and management strategy.

As a Leadership and Management Partner, you will be responsible for working closely with our leaders and teams to identify and address key organisational challenges.
