About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Practitioner to join our Liaison Psychiatry team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and interventions for individuals presenting to the acute hospital with a wide range of co-morbid psychiatric illnesses.
Main Responsibilities
- Work as part of a liaison team to provide assessments and interventions for individuals with complex mental health needs.
- Collaborate with police colleagues, NWAS, and Local Authorities to provide comprehensive assessments for individuals experiencing mental health crisis in a community setting.
- Develop and implement evidence-based psychosocial interventions to support individuals with mental health needs.

Person Specification
We are looking for a Registered Practitioner with a recognised qualification in mental health, who has experience of working in a multidisciplinary team and has a good understanding of current professional staff development and continuous service improvement issues. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
