About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Practitioner to join our Liaison Psychiatry Team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and interventions for individuals presenting to the acute hospital with a wide range of co-morbid psychiatric illnesses.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide assessments and interventions for individuals with complex mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote recovery and well-being.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.

Requirements

  • Recognized qualification in mental health (RMN, AHP, Social Care).
  • Post-registration experience in a mental health setting.
  • Sound knowledge of current professional staff development and continuous service improvement issues.
