We are partnering with Charles Hunter Associates to recruit a Senior Fostering Manager for an exciting new role in Kent.

This position offers a competitive package of up to £65,000, including an 8% non-contributory pension scheme, 30 days leave, and hybrid working.

The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding, quality assurance, and leading a team dedicated to the welfare of children and young people, whilst delivering a therapeutic service to foster carers and young people.

This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join a highly respected therapeutic service and contribute to its success.

Requirements:

  1. A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
  2. Preferably a Level 5 Management qualification
  3. Significant experience of working with looked after children
  4. Experience of working within fostering
  5. Experience of working in a Senior/Managerial position
