Role Overview:

This role is part of our Intervention team, working closely with the Senior Therapeutic Intervention Lead to support the development of our students' social and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with Senior Therapeutic Intervention Lead to assess pupils' SEMH needs and implement programs in order to support their needs.
  • Reflecting systematically on the effectiveness of sessions and approaches to planning and implementation.
Person Specification:
  • A good undergraduate degree in Psychology or related subject and/or extensive experience in delivering Therapeutic Interventions. Experience in working with Young People who have SEMH.
  • Flexible and adaptable. Ability to adapt to different needs of pupils.
  • Caring, sensitive, and responsive to the needs of our pupils.
Salary:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £35,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
