Job Title: Therapeutic Support Specialist
Location: Mitcham, Surrey
Salary: £41,983 - £49,717 per annum
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Therapeutic Support Specialist. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide clinical support across specialist schools and children's homes for young people with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical assessments and formulate individualised interventions for young people.
- Work closely with educational and residential staff to create therapeutic living and learning environments.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure therapeutic support is integrated into all aspects of education, care, and support.
Requirements:
- Be a qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC.
- Experience in delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
