Therapeutic Interventions Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to lead our therapeutic interventions team in North Yorkshire. As a Therapeutic Interventions Lead, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to detained males within our LD/ASD Service Line.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing effective treatment plans
  • Leading and supervising junior occupational therapists
  • Contributing to service developments and improvements

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and clinical supervision

Salary Information:
£45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits package.
