About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Home Manager to lead our 4-bed therapeutic home for children in South Croydon. As a Therapeutic Home Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and management skills, knowledge of children's therapeutic care, and excellent communication skills. They will also have experience as a Registered Home Manager or Deputy Manager and be able to develop and implement care plans for children.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home.
  2. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  3. Lead and support a team of staff.
  4. Develop and implement care plans for children.
  5. Build positive relationships with children and their families.

Estimated Salary: £52,000 per annum
