Therapeutic Team Lead

The University is a leading institution located just off the A27, next to the beautiful South Downs. As our new Therapeutic Team Lead, you will be based on their 150-acre campus, enjoying everything it has to offer.

We are offering a competitive salary of £52,494 per annum (pro rata if part-time), plus benefits such as full-time or part-time hours considered up to a maximum of 1.0 FTE/37.5 hours.
As our Therapeutic Team Lead, your key responsibilities will include managing a team of therapists, providing leadership and guidance, and ensuring high-quality patient care. You will also be responsible for promoting the University's values and mission, and contributing to the development of policies and procedures.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care, has excellent leadership and communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a team environment.
We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around £52,494, which is a starting point of £50,694, going up to £55,295 pro rata if part-time.
