Customer Service Coordinator

Your new company is a successful housing association that manages a wide portfolio of properties, operating as a non-profit and focused on making the lives and homes of the residents they cater for better each year.

About the JobAs a Customer Service Planner, your role will be to take ownership of and identify customers' needs for both planned repair and maintenance work to be carried out.
You will schedule available operatives and subcontractors to work, deploy operatives and monitor the completion of work, ensuring that the system is updated promptly so that both contractors and residents are kept up to date with progress.
You'll deal with complex repairs and demanding customers, ensuring that issues are remedied efficiently, overseeing subcontractor progress and working with the commercial team and operatives to ensure materials are arriving at site correctly and completed follow-ups to ensure completed works are correct.
What You'll Need to SucceedYou will need to have gained experience working in a similar role in planning or scheduling, ideally within the housing sector.
You'll need strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
