Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers via various communication channels to resolve logistics-related inquiries and provide timely support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns related to shipping, delivery timelines, and order tracking, ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently.
- Proactively identify and communicate potential logistics challenges and work collaboratively to find effective solutions.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complex situations with patience and professionalism.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
