Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Administrator to join our Marine division in Findon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing and planning the delivery of customer orders, coordinating technician time, and providing timely information to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and process customer orders, including custom and special orders
  • Conduct calls with customers to resolve queries and complaints
  • Provide quotes for local business and ensure standard pricing and terms are applied
  • Issue certificates and update associated systems
  • Respond to and resolve complex issue escalations
  • Plan and coordinate technicians for servicing installation, maintenance, and repairs
  • Schedule and communicate service delivery plans
  • Collaborate with stores colleagues to ensure stock levels are adequate
  • Maintain IFS system and generate invoices as required

Requirements

  • Administration experience in the servicing industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages
  • GCSE level education
