Job Title: Front Office Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Front Office Operations Manager at The Caledonian, Edinburgh. As an Assistant Front Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences for our guests.

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and providing a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our hotel offers a range of rewards and incentives, including meals provided on shift, sales incentives, and discounted use of leisure facilities.

The successful candidate will assist in supervising the Front Office Team, ensure team members are prepared to deliver exceptional guest experiences, and be responsible for managing and creating memorable first impressions for all hotel users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Front Office Team and ensure they are prepared to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage and create memorable first impressions for all hotel users.
  • Evaluate levels of exceptional customer service.
  • Operate with a sales focus and promote the hotel brand's loyalty scheme.
  • Maximise room occupancy at best rates.
  • Implement up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
