At Novotel Edinburgh Centre, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front-of-house operations, and promoting hotel facilities and services.

Key responsibilities include greeting and checking in/out guests, responding to their requests promptly and efficiently, maintaining accurate records, handling calls professionally, and documenting internal and guest messages accurately.

You will also be expected to promote hotel facilities and maximise sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills. To achieve this, you will need to have a good understanding of our hotel's products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Our estimated salary for this role is around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive package, including a full-time employment contract and opportunities for career growth and development.
