We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Expert to join our team at First Central Services. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complaint handling or similar and be able to communicate effectively with customers. You will also have experience in the insurance sector or financial services, and be familiar with root cause analysis and sound knowledge of complaints handling.

As a Customer Relations Expert, you will be expected to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Handle complex complaints and make fair and reasonable decisions in line with department guidelines.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career development and growth within the company.
