About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERT to join our Support team at TOPdesk. In this role, you will provide top-notch support to our customers and help them achieve their goals.

You will work closely with our internal teams to resolve customer queries and provide timely solutions. To excel in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our software and products
What We Offer
  • A competitive base salary of $62,000 per year plus a company group bonus
  • An annual training budget equivalent to 11% of your basic salary
  • 26 days of holiday per year plus public holidays and birthday off
  • Workplace flexibility: a minimum of 2 days a week in the office to suit all employee needs
