Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice and support on employee relations issues, including absence management, disciplinary actions, grievances, TUPE, and redundancies.
  • Supporting our recruitment team by overseeing and coordinating the onboarding process, ensuring all new starter paperwork, contracts, and offer letters are aligned.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including career progression planning, and contributing to the creation of a positive work environment.

March Careers offers a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
