The RoleThis position involves serving as a Workplace/Neurodiversity Strategy Coach, providing specialised support and coaching to neurodiverse individuals within the workplace.
You will work with individuals, line managers, and organisations to offer one-to-one coaching on work strategies, exploring unique profiles and providing expert knowledge and strategies for optimising working practices.
Key Responsibilities- Coaching neurodiverse individuals to develop tailored work strategies
- Collaborating with line managers and organisations to implement effective solutions
- Providing expert knowledge and resources to support neurodiversity in the workplace
Estimated salary range: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum.
