As a **Senior Employee Relations Specialist**, you will drive our processes, policies, and strategy across Employee Relations in Ireland, South Africa, and the United Kingdom. You will act as a liaison between legal and business matters to mitigate risks, supporting ER policy creation, driving consistency across case outcomes, and providing system-wide approach and guidance.

This is a remote-working role with flexible time zones, allowing you to work from home or one of our office locations.

**Responsibilities**

  • Support the ER strategy, including services delivered centrally by the centre of expertise (CoE) in the businesses and supported by HR Shared Services.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to develop strategies to respond to team member concerns and infuse ER into broader company practices.
  • Implement employee relations best practices and strategies for managing supervisor problems and employee grievances.
  • Monitor risks, spot trends, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to identify and address potential employee relations issues and develop preventive measures.

**Requirements**

  • In-depth knowledge of human resources and employee relations principles, practices, and procedures required for Ireland and South Africa are a must, with additional knowledge in the United Kingdom strongly preferred.
  • Ability to analyse data to inform sensible decision-making.
  • Experience with performance management and employee relations processes - mandatory in Ireland and South Africa, strongly preferred to also include United Kingdom.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

**Salary:** We offer a competitive salary range of **€90,000 - €140,000 per annum** depending on experience.
