Sales and Business Development Professional

Key Responsibilities:
As an Internal Sales Executive at Lathams, you will be proactive in selling timber and panel products to both existing and new customers, aiming to expand our presence in the market for value-added products. We offer further career development with potential opportunities to visit our suppliers.
Key Accountabilities:
- Liaise with suppliers to negotiate prices and reach profitable conclusions with clients.
- Report on progress through the company's reporting structure.
- Develop and implement strategies for achieving and exceeding set sales targets.
- Utilize technology to aid efficiency and enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
You must be highly motivated and enthusiastic with prior experience working as a Sales Executive or similar. You will be based close enough to our Fareham office to be in the office every day initially, with the possibility of working from home once your initial training is complete.
