Sales Development Director

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Fareham. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic client engagement and innovative sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business strategies to identify new market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Forge and maintain strong, profitable relationships with key clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed financial targets, leveraging your expertise in sales and business development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth and executing market strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
