Drive Business Growth in EMEA

Splunk Inc is seeking an experienced Director to lead our EMEA Corporate Marketing team. As a key member of our global marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive demand, customer engagement, and awareness in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with the EMEA business plan and supports the growth of Splunk's EMEA business
  • Lead a high-performing team of cross-functional marketers to drive marketing initiatives and programs
  • Collaborate with global integrated marketing, corporate marketing, regional leadership, and in-country marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and effective execution
  • Manage budget planning and day-to-day management, with a focus on getting value out of every dollar
  • Track critical success metrics, report on program effectiveness, and look for ways to optimize programs

Requirements

  • 10 years' marketing experience in the technology industry, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • 5 years' experience of building and leading high-performing teams, especially under transformation
  • A good understanding of the opportunities and challenges to successfully sell, market, and grow enterprise software
  • Project leadership skills with an exceptional attention to details and the ability to prioritize and manage a wide variety of programs simultaneously
  • A data-driven approach to measuring success across demand generation, customer engagement, and awareness
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages would be an advantage
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence and work with senior executives
