About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Director to lead our EMEA team and drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that align with our regional 5-year plan and goals, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Defining and delivering EMEA marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement
  2. Developing integrated customer and marketing channel capabilities and insights to drive lifetime value across customer segments
  3. Creating strategic dashboards to enable key and timely insights into customer analytics
  4. Providing thought-partnership to the EMEA Directorate and wider channel leadership on evolving company approach to performance marketing investment and ROI analysis
  5. Collaborating with the International Digital team to optimize global and regional operating models

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of performance marketing investment and ROI, with experience at Marketing Director level from a large international fashion business.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven leadership in data and analytics
  • P&L experience for channels (retail and e-commerce)
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and coach, with a history of hiring, managing and leading high-performing teams

We offer a competitive salary of between £150,000 and £160,000 depending on experience, as well as a market-leading benefits package.

The role operates to a hybrid working model, with the EMEA Head Office based in London. You will be expected to be comfortable with commuting to London on a regular basis, with some European travel.
