Operations Executive, Pan EMEA Capital Markets

The Operations Executive – Pan EMEA Capital Markets plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations and strategy execution of the Pan EMEA Capital Markets platform. This includes working closely with the Operations Director, Pan EMEA Sectors Capital Markets, and the Head of Operations Director, EMEA Capital Markets.

Key Responsibilities:

General Operations:

  • Support the implementation of operational business process improvements, focusing on sharing best practices, process standardization, and training.
  • Assist in running Sector SMT meetings, coordinating agenda topics, and following up on actions to ensure progress and accountability.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Pan EMEA teams, adhering to standard procedures for resolving issues.

Resource Management:

  • Collaborate with the Operations Director – Pan EMEA Sectors and COO – DA & EA to ensure the business has the necessary resources to meet its targets.
  • Manage people data for the Pan EMEA teams, including mapping CM population across EMEA for respective sectors.
  • Coordinate the process for joiner, leaver, and mover within Pan EMEA teams and maintain team organizational charts.

Finance:

  • Support Pan EMEA Finance Business Partner in the monthly flash process to ensure timely submissions from Pan EMEA teams.
  • Provide information to team lead contacts for monthly process, including YTD revenue report and Capforce pipeline.
  • Work with Pan EMEA team leaders to ensure Capforce pipeline reflects real-time deal movement, supporting EMEA Executive Committee reporting and business-wide pipeline management.
  • Support the operations of the Pipeline Management process for EMEA Capital Markets, working with EMEA Tech Business Partner, Pan EMEA Sectors Operations Director, and in-country Ops teams.
  • Run integrity reports to monitor Pan EMEA Capital Markets project setup and invoicing accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with JLL systems and processes.

Transformation:

  • Support the delivery of central projects involving Pan EMEA teams to drive alignment across the JLL business, optimizing platforms through improved ways of working and leveraging global JLL resources.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Intermediate level of Excel.
  • Strong working knowledge of Capforce CRM system.
  • SME on JLL EMEA C2B processes.
  • Collaborative, keen to learn new skills, and confident in a team environment.
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with internal collaborators.
  • Knowledge of European real estate investment markets is an advantage.
  • Excellent academic record.
