Operations Executive, Pan EMEA Capital Markets

The Operations Executive – Pan EMEA Capital Markets supports the day-to-day operations and strategy execution of the Pan EMEA Capital Markets platform, including EMEA Hotels & Hospitality group. Reporting to the Operations Director, Pan EMEA Sectors Capital Markets and working closely with the Head of Operations Director, EMEA Capital Markets, this is a key role in delivering major strategic priorities for Pan EMEA teams in particular; and the wider EMEA Capital Markets business.

Key Responsibilities:

General Operations:

  • Support the implementation of operational business process improvements, with a primary focus on sharing and promoting best practices, process standardization, continuous training, adoption of effective tools and processes amongst the business support network across EMEA Capital Markets.
  • Support the Operation Director – Pan EMEA Sectors in running the Sector SMT meetings, help to coordinate agenda topics and follow up on actions to ensure progress and accountability.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Pan EMEA teams, following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Resource Management:

  • Support the Operation Director – Pan EMEA Sectors and COO – DA & EA to ensure that the business has all the resources required to meet its targets, leveraging the wider JLL business to do so where possible, including future-proofing JLL skillsets.
  • Manage the review and update of people data for the Pan EMEA teams, including mapping of CM population across EMEA for the respective sectors.
  • Collaborating with the team's business support, coordinate the process for joiner / leaver / mover within Pan EMEA teams and maintain the Pan EMEA team organisational charts.

Finance:

  • Support Pan EMEA Finance Business Partner on the existing monthly flash process to ensure all Pan EMEA teams' submissions are timely.
  • Provide information to team lead contacts to enable monthly process including YTD revenue report and Capforce pipeline.
  • Work with Pan EMEA team leaders to ensure Capforce pipeline is reflective of deal movement in real time, to enable / support EMEA Executive Committee reporting and business-wide pipeline management.
  • Support the operations of the Pipeline Management process for EMEA Capital Markets, working in partnership with EMEA Tech Business Partner, Pan EMEA Sectors Operations Director and in-country Ops teams. A key component of the role will include sharing of best practices across different teams in EMEA.
  • Run integrity report to monitor Pan EMEA Capital Markets project set up and invoicing is accurate and timely and compliant with the JLL systems and processes.

Transformation:

  • Supporting delivery of central projects involving Pan EMEA teams to drive alignment across the JLL business, for example: optimising platform through improving ways of working and leveraging the resources available in the global JLL network.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communicator, proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Intermediate level of Excel
  • Strong working knowledge of Capforce CRM system
  • SME on JLL EMEA C2B processes
  • Collaborative, keen to learn new skills and has the confidence of staff in a collaborative manner.
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with internal collaborators.
  • Knowledge of the European real estate investment markets an advantage
  • Excellent academic record
