Join Our Team as a Marketing Director EMEA

Our state-of-the-art platform offers clients an intuitive user interface, mobile app, robust analytics, and industry benchmarking enabling clients to create, manage, deliver, analyze, and audit their ethics and compliance programs to align with regulatory guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, manage, execute, and track marketing programs that create pipeline for new logo acquisition, customer growth, and customer retention in priority growth markets across Europe and the Middle East.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver on growth-focused marketing initiatives and campaigns for your target markets.
  • Build demand generation experiences across localized website properties for consistent pipeline creation.
  • Understand our target audience and personas across markets, cultures, and languages.
  • Report into the Chief Marketing Officer to continuously review and accurately report on EMEA strategies and performance.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on demand generation.
  • 3+ years' experience building campaigns in HubSpot.
  • Ability to effectively work and drive business success across multiple markets, cultures, and languages.
  • Proven track record in a new customer acquisition role with the ability to manage an entire marketing mix.
  • Performance-based mindset; ability to understand the levers that drive performance.

We are looking for a strategic leader who can manage influence across our matrixed Marketing department, with expert-level proficiency with critical Marketing TechStack tools (such as HubSpot and SFDC) and generalist expertise with SEO strategies, events management, and content marketing specific to the EMEA region.

As a 'player-coach', you will be accountable for new client wins and existing client growth, partnering with EMEA new business and client success sales leadership to deliver high potential opportunities and impact revenue growth.
