We are looking for an Employee Experience Operations Specialist to join our team at Hydrogen Group. This role is responsible for managing HR systems and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage HR systems, including Cascade and IPOS
  • Work closely with the People Team to develop and improve HR processes
  • Analyse data and insights to identify areas for improvement
  • Support employees during periods of change and transition
  • Maintain a high level of proficiency in Office 365

Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have experience of HRIS, particularly Cascade, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A competitive salary of £36-41k + benefits is on offer for this role.
