Law Firm HR Systems Analyst

We are seeking an experienced HRIS and Benefits Analyst to join our team at Lewis Row Recruitment in London. As an HRIS and Benefits Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our HR systems and platforms.
Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining our HR system, configuring the system as required, controlling all user access, managing data flows in and out of the system, and ensuring data accuracy is maintained.
You will also provide helpdesk assistance to HR Self-service users and training in the use of HR systems.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing implementations of new system functionality or modules, creating and maintaining quick reference user guides, and regularly auditing data held in the system.
Requirements:
- Experience working with HR systems and platforms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum
