Job Title:

We are seeking a Law Firm HR Specialist to join our team at Lewis Row Recruitment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a law firm and be able to provide advice on various staffing projects and matters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the application of policies and procedures, preparing statistics and management reports, and managing professional recruitment, interviewing, assessment, and placement.

They will also work closely with the Director of Administration to consult and communicate compensation programs that reward quality performance standards and ensure external competitiveness and internal equality.

In addition, they will provide coaching and guidance on matters related to employee relations and performance management, and coordinate human resources communications duties related to recruiting of personnel, orientation programs, benefits, and other human resources matters.

About the Role:

This is a generalist, operational HR Management role that involves overseeing a small team and working closely with the wider HR members and senior leaders.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a law firm before and have experience in HR management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary for this role is approximately £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
