Mckinlay Law is an expanding mid-size law firm based in Central London.

We are seeking an experienced Interim Law Firm HR Systems Specialist to join our team on an interim basis.

The ideal candidate will have a Legal HR background, CIPD qualification and strong infrastructure implementation skills.

Job Description

The Human Resources Consultant will be responsible for undertaking a complete HR audit and implementing HR systems and infrastructure at McKinlay Law.

This includes:

  1. Oversight of the HR audit process to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Implementation of HR systems and infrastructure to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  3. Guidance on HR best practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Able to demonstrate a Legal HR background and CIPD qualification.
  • Strong infrastructure implementation skills and knowledge of HR systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
