Guest Communications Specialist

Job Summary
The BoTree Luxury Hotel is seeking a skilled Guest Communications Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences to our discerning guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling all guest communications, managing reservations, and coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Communication: Efficiently handle all guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Reservation Management: Manage guest reservations, preferences, and special requests to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
- Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with various departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Guest Feedback: Monitor and respond to guest feedback, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a luxury hotel or customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Language Skills: Strong written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
