Job Overview
As a Claims Director at Hastings Direct, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our claims operations. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies to drive operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
* Lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive business outcomes
* Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives

Requirements
* Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in a contact center or operational environment
* Strong operational skills, with a passion for delivering results through colleagues and enabling the right customer and commercial outcomes
* Strategic thinking, with the ability to set a vision and drive competitive advantages
* Experience in claims management is desirable, but not essential for the right candidate
