Job DetailsActing as a technical referral point for Home Claims Handlers to support in fraud identification- Conducting detailed reviews of newly identified claims which are of concern- Conducting investigations on claims where we hold a suspicion of fraud (desktop investigations, formal interviews, liaising with suppliers etc.)- Detailed case reviews and holding case clinics to provide feedback and development opportunities- Working with internal and external stakeholders to identify and align on opportunities to achieve the ‘best in market’ position- Fraud strategy and defence tactic identification and implementation, and supporting the design of relevant fraud processes

Skills we would love you to haveStrong technical claims understanding - familiar with end to end claims journey- Strong fraud background (ideally with experience of complex cases- Home claims experience beneficial

Salary - Attractive salary based on experience (pay reviews also completed each year)
