Job DetailsWorking promptly and accurately, gathering all the relevant evidence. This includes contacting all involved parties and/or representatives, conducting interviews, reviewing engineers reports, assessing vehicle damage and more- Investigating multiple fraud types- Successfully managing and maintaining a live caseload through its lifecycle- Having a proactive attitude towards your caseload, having a keen eye for detail with confident communication skills to work as part of an integral team dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes- Working in partnership with our panel of legal suppliers to ensure we reach the best commercial outcomes
Skills we would love you to haveExperience of handling high value claims within motor fraud- Comfortable when conducting verbal interviews and carrying out accurate notation- Outstanding attention to deal and the understanding that quality is paramount when dealing with suspected fraudulent third party claims

Salary - Attractive salary based on experience (pay reviews also completed each year)
