Job Details
 

Responsibility for your own portfolio of complex fraud claims which could include fraud ring operations, high value and high profile cases

Working with your Technical Fraud Team Leader to ensure that investigations are conducted to the highest possible standard

Developing and implementing strategies to advance our complex fraud capability using some of the latest tools on the market and developing innovative methods to investigate fraudulent claims

Acting as a referral point for our other Claims Fraud Investigators and provide coaching, mentoring and training

Proactively hunting for new threats against Hastings Direct and devising strategies to combat them

Working collaboratively with our internal and external teams to achieve the best possible outcome for the customer and Hastings Direct

 

Skills we would love you to have
 

Previous experience investigating claims fraud (within motor claims)

A good understanding of the CPR, MOJ, OIC and Pre-Action Protocol and experience dealing with litigated cases

A keen eye for detail, with a curious and investigative mindset
