Job Details

  • Conducting new reviews of newly identified claims which are of concern, and where appropriate, supply guidance or feedback to the wider claims teams
  • Conducting investigations on claims where we hold a suspicion of fraud - conducting desktop investigations, conducting formal interviews, liaising with suppliers, use of intelligence solutions)
  • Conducting intelligence and desktop investigations using various systems
  • Being a technical referral point for Home Claims Handlers to support in fraud identification
  • Supporting the design of relevant fraud processes
  • Support us in delivering a market leading fraud defence for Home Claims



Skills we would love you to have

  • Strong technical claims understanding and familiar with the end to end claims journey
  • Strong technical fraud background or experience of household or property claims
  • Capable of making decisions, challenging the status quo and a strong communication who can engage with a varied audience

Salary - Attractive salary based on experience (pay reviews also completed each year)
