Position Overview

  • Oversee a portfolio of intricate fraud claims, focusing on cases involving fraud ring activities and high-value incidents.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Fraud Team Leader to execute comprehensive investigations prioritizing quality and precision.
  • Devise and implement strategies to improve our complex fraud detection capabilities utilizing advanced tools and innovative methodologies.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to fellow Claims Fraud Investigators through coaching sessions.
  • Proactively identify emerging threats to Hastings Direct and formulate effective counterstrategies.
  • Work in close partnership with internal and external teams to secure optimal outcomes for both clients and the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in investigating claims fraud within the automotive claims sector.
  • Knowledge of CPR, MOJ, OIC, and Pre-Action Protocol, along with experience handling litigated cases.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, combined with a curious and investigative approach.
