Job Overview
- Oversee a portfolio of intricate fraud claims, including cases associated with fraud ring activities and high-value incidents.
- Collaborate with the Technical Fraud Team Leader to perform comprehensive investigations with an emphasis on quality and precision.
- Formulate and execute strategies to improve our complex fraud detection capabilities utilizing advanced tools and innovative methodologies.
- Offer guidance and support to fellow Claims Fraud Investigators through coaching and mentoring sessions.
- Proactively identify emerging threats to Hastings Direct and develop effective countermeasures.
- Work closely with internal and external teams to achieve optimal outcomes for both customers and the organization.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience in investigating claims fraud within the motor claims sector.
- Familiarity with CPR, MOJ, OIC, and Pre-Action Protocol, as well as managing litigated cases.
- Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with a curious and investigative mindset.
