Job Overview

  • Oversee a portfolio of intricate fraud claims, including cases associated with fraud ring activities and high-value incidents.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Fraud Team Leader to perform comprehensive investigations with an emphasis on quality and precision.
  • Formulate and execute strategies to improve our complex fraud detection capabilities utilizing advanced tools and innovative methodologies.
  • Offer guidance and support to fellow Claims Fraud Investigators through coaching and mentoring sessions.
  • Proactively identify emerging threats to Hastings Direct and develop effective countermeasures.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to achieve optimal outcomes for both customers and the organization.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in investigating claims fraud within the motor claims sector.
  • Familiarity with CPR, MOJ, OIC, and Pre-Action Protocol, as well as managing litigated cases.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with a curious and investigative mindset.
