Fraud Investigator

We are seeking a skilled Fraud Investigator to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a Fraud Investigator, you will play a critical role in identifying and preventing fraudulent activity within our household claims department.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent claims, using various systems and intelligence solutions to gather evidence and build a case.
- Collaborate with claims teams to provide guidance and feedback on new reviews and investigations.
- Develop and maintain expertise in fraud detection and prevention, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Support the design and implementation of effective fraud processes and procedures.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver a market-leading fraud defense for household claims.
- Strong technical claims understanding and experience in household or property claims.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and challenge the status quo.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a varied audience.
