Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fraud Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our fraud operations team, you'll be responsible for leading and managing a team of fraud investigators, developing and implementing effective fraud strategies, and ensuring that our claims are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of fraud investigators to achieve operational objectives and improve overall engagement
  • Develop and implement effective fraud strategies and performance measures to prevent and detect fraud
  • Ensure that claims are handled effectively and efficiently in line with company procedures and service standards
  • Collaborate with wider stakeholders and departments to embed our business anti-fraud strategy
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively
Requirements
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues
  • Fraud or claims experience beneficial
  • Good overall commercial awareness
