Job Details
 

Responsible for monthly 2nd stage reviews relating to recovery abandonment and shortfall

Identifying missed recovery opportunities, skill gaps and supporting technical development through coaching and communication

Supporting the delivery of future Recovery process improvements and the delivery of our recovery automation strategy

Working with our legal panel to identify areas of improvement including close monitoring of their abandoned recovery process and claims and identifying potential compliance issues for review

Acting as a ‘gatekeeper’ for all settled non-recovered claims with a view of upskilling our team through referral and mentoring

Working with management to develop and deliver technical updates

Strong recovery claims experience

Overall strong claims knowledge and the ability to mentor technical skills

Excellent knowledge around liability
