Student Care Specialist - Join Our Team in Cambridge

We are looking for a highly motivated Student Care Specialist to join our team at a reputable Special Needs School in the UK. As a Student Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement personalized care plans for students.
  2. Provide one-on-one support to students with Personal Care and Social Emotional needs.
  3. Collaborate closely with teachers to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  4. Implement behavior management strategies to create a positive learning environment.

About the Position:

  • This is a full-time position, working term-time only.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to varying student needs.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a school or care setting in the UK is mandatory.
  • The successful candidate must hold the right to work in the UK.
