Vulnerable Student Advocate

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Vulnerable Student Advocate. In this role, you will be responsible for advocating for the needs and rights of vulnerable students at our specialist education service in the UK.
About the Role- Responsibilities will include managing safeguarding procedures, developing policies and protocols to protect vulnerable students, and providing support and guidance to staff and students.
- The postholder will work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a culture of safeguarding and create a safe and inclusive environment for all students.
- A strong understanding of safeguarding principles and practices is essential, as well as experience of working in an education setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to build relationships with staff, students, and external agencies.
This is a permanent full-time position (40 hours per week) based in the UK, with opportunities for professional development and growth within the organisation.
The salary range for this role is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
