Note: This position requires a commitment of 32 hours per week on a flexible rota, including some weekend shifts.

As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts family, which includes Cotswold Outdoor, Runners Need, and Snow + Rock, we are dedicated to supporting outdoor enthusiasts by delivering exceptional customer experiences and offering a diverse range of products from top global brands, all while championing sustainability.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with a passionate team and engage with our expanding customer base. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and addressing any customer inquiries or issues.
  • Offering specialized services such as boot fittings, gait analysis, and more.
  • Guiding and training new team members.
  • Enhancing your leadership skills and operational knowledge through our eLearning platform and support from the People and Product Development Team.
  • Executing key holder responsibilities, including store opening and closing.
  • Maintaining a safe and compliant work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and store policies.
  • Leading the team in the absence of senior management.
  • Coaching colleagues to foster a high-performance culture and enhance service and sales capabilities.
  • Assisting with administrative and compliance tasks.
