Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, including resolving customer concerns and providing specialist services such as boot fits and gait analysis.
  • Onboard and mentor new colleagues, developing their skills and knowledge.
  • Lead the team in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.
  • Coach colleagues to achieve a high-performance culture and improve service and selling skills.
  • Assist with administration and compliance duties.

Requirements:

  • A passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Experience managing and developing a team.
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • An understanding of how a store operates.
