About the Role

As a Retail Supervisor, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our store. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on our products
  • Leading and developing a team of retail colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Managing store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and visual merchandising
  • Ensuring a safe and compliant working environment by adhering to health and safety policies and procedures
  • Coaching and mentoring colleagues to improve their sales and customer service skills

  • Base salary of £11.90 per hour (£9.65 for under 21's)
  • Bonus of up to £750 per annum (in proportion with hours worked)
